Shipping

Allow 3-15 business days from your initial order placement, for your order to be shipped.

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of order dispatch. We ship your order as quickly as possible, as we are not responsible for delays as a result of delivery locations or severe weather. Please allow extra delivery time during holidays. 

Please ensure your billing and shipping address details are correct, for we will be unable to redirect your order once left our facility. 

Contact your local courier if your encounter delays or loss of shipment. 

We ship directly from our headquarters in Canada. For any delivery destinations excluding CAN and US. You are expected to pay Customs/Duty and import taxes to receive your order. 

Ensure you contact your local customs office for further information. As a result to not paying Customs/Duty can result in a further delay of delivery of your order.
